Set up direct debit for my account

How do you set up direct debit in the Wattify dashboard (SEPA direct debit)?

Log in to the Wattify portal with your customer account for which you want to activate direct debit. So do not log in with an employee account, but with an employer account or a general customer account that should also effectively make payments.

If direct debit has not yet been set up, you will find the following tile on the dashboard:

Click on the "set direct debit" button and follow the steps to activate the direct debit.
